This is the beginning of processing your order. A proof will be sent to you to look over for any changes & approval. Correspondence between you & TWG will continue till you are ready for final approval.This order will not go to print until your consent & balance paid is finalized.

IMPORTANT! Please be careful filling the information on this form, it will be used to create your beautiful personalized Graduation Signature Board. Once you have reviewed this information please submit  as soon as possible. Send All images  within 15  business days from your graduation party  date or it may be subject to cancellation. The sooner you start sending in information.. the more time we have to make it just the way you want it.

How to send my photo

  • E-mailing your  photo to TodayWeGather@aol.com is the QUICKEST way to send it. You must place your order number &  date of event in the subject area before sending your e-mail. You will receive an e-mail  confirming the receipt of your photo. Please make sure the photo is either Tiff, EPS, or JPEG file  at 300 DPI and no larger than 8MB.   • US Postal is another way to send us your photo by US Postal. Please put your name, e-mail address & book/order number on back of photo. The photo will be sent  back to you with the board.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PHOTOS

Between the blue arrows is where your 100 word or less GRADUATE STORY  is placed.

Shown below the green arrow is where the school year or a submitted image can be placed behind the signature lines.

 

 How to Fill-out Form

Remember the information you submit is the exact information we put on the board. Please check & double check your form for spelling and grammar errors. The examples given will help you to type in the information correctly. We are not responsible for your mistakes.

Any information you wish not to fill in just leave blank. If the information is required*, please write OMIT in the space and it will not be on your board. Keep in mind if you omit any category for one celebrant, the same category for the other celebrant will be removed with the exception of any  NAME category.

You must write all dates & numbers as words and not as numbers.  Do not abreviate! Exceptions to these rules are shown in examples.                 Have Fun & be accurate!
