When should I place an order?
- STEP 1: You should book your board once you know the date of your event and approximately how many guests. This to ensure to get you on the TWG™ busy calendar.
- STEP 2: At least three weeks prior to when you need the board you should start submitting customized information. We can start sending you proofs of the board. Thus the sooner you send us the needed information, the more time we have to work on the board to make it exactly what you want.
- STEP 3: When to Finalize Order (you pay the balance and submitted a proof approval.)
At least 10 business days prior to event the Signature Board must be finalized! It will be ground shipped within 2 – 6 business days for prompt delivery.
At least 5 business days prior to event the Seating Chart must be finalized. It will be shipped within 1 – 3 business days and you might consider requesting over night shipping for prompt delivery.
At least 48 hours prior to event the Memorial Board must be finalized.We treat Memorial Boards as special orders due to the nature of the event. If our quick turn around Memorial Board is ordered by 3 pm and finalized by 12 pm the next day, it can be shipped overnight, making it possible to have your board delivered 48 hours from time of booking. It is best to contact TWG™ before booking. Please note, there is an additional charge for overnight shipping.

How do I pay for an order?

When do I give you personalized information for the board?
- You submit all personalized information and photos after you book/purchase a TWG™ board. This takes place at Step 2.

How do I send an image/photo?
- Uploading your images is the Quickest and Easiest way to send it to us. When entering information at STEP 2 you will be asked to Submit/explain the Image you are placing. This where you can upload your image file from your computer to TWG™. Please make sure the photo is either JPEG, EPS, or TIF file at 300 DPI and no larger than 5MB in size.
- E-mailing your photo to Photo@TodayWeGather.com is another way to send images to us. You must place your order number & date of event in the subject area before sending your e-mail. You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your photo. Please make sure the photo is JPEG, EPS, or TIF file at 300 DPI and no larger than 5MB. Any local photo / printing center may help you with this.
- US Postal is another way to send us your photo by US Postal. Please put your name, e-mail address & book/order number on back of photo. The photo will be sent back to you with the board.

What size board do I order?
- The size of the board pertains to the allowance number of guests offered on that style of board. Small boards will offer the smallest amount of signatures and medium and large boards will offer more. You must use the amount of guests expected as a guide to the amount of signature lines needed. Sometimes if you are customizing your board differently from the standard template, the amount of signatures that can fit on a certain size board may change and it will be the responsibility of TWG™ Company to inform you to change your order to the correct board size.

What size frame do I order with my board?
- The beauty of our custom frames is that the size of the frame is the same as the size of the TWG™ Board. For your convenience, you can purchase a frame of your choice when placing your order. All of TWG™ custom frames are sold at a discounted retail prices. Please note frames can not be sold separately. To place a frame order you must log in to your existing Booking order
- PLEASE NOTE: If you are adding ribbon accent to the signature board; you must order the next size up frame to compensate for the ribbon.

Can I make changes to my original step 2 submitted information?
- Yes, log into your account and click onto your order history and go to step 2 and resubmit only the changes you want to make. This will not be allowed after you approve the proof.

How many proofs can I receive?
- Each type of board will be allowed a certain number of proofs/revisions. See chart below. You can always purchase more proofs as an upgrade Fee of $20/proof. It is important that you carefully check all spellings, layout etc. before you approve the proof. Sorry, we are not responsible for your mistakes!

I made a mistake after submitting an approval?
- We will try our best to help you. If your board is scheduled to be shipped or has been shipped we cannot help you and you will have to reorder the board. If your board has not been scheduled to be shipped we can quickly make a correction board up for you for a small error fee. Contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

How to care for your TWG™ Seating Chart?
- The board should never be placed in direct sunlight or stored in extreme heat. Due to the parchment material, imperfections give it character and it is not water or oil resistant.

How do I care for my TWG™ Signature Board?
Important Instructions on how to use your TWG™ Signature Board. The board should never be placed in direct sunlight or stored in extreme heat. It is not water or oil resistant.
- At the event, remove board from gold envelope to display on an easel or clean flat surface in a location for all to see.
- If it came framed, you will find acrylic-glass behind frame to be inserted into frame after the event.
- Keep the acid free pen attached to the satin ribbon. Peel off sticker paper and adhere the ribbon to the BACK of the board. We suggest placing it at the top center about 1 inch from the edge and bringing the ribbon over the top to be ready for your guests’ signatures. Make sure to remove red cap from tip of pen before signing.
- To make sure all guests are included, we suggest reminding them through out the event to sign the Today We Gather™ signature board. It’s important to have all the guests to be a part of this keepsake. We recommend having an attendee to help with the signing. Many venues are happy to supply one for you. It is important to explain how you want them to sign if the board is not attended… a sign with short simplistic instructions will help! You may decide you also want wishes written from the guests; ask them to write wishes around on the signing mat only… & write only their signatures on the signature lines. If you are displaying on a flat surface; use the enclosed signature guide to prevent smudges. Place it under the first row of signature lines so the signer can rest hand while signing the board.
- When the event is over, we suggest framing this board as soon as possible to protect this special memento of your life.

What are the special ordering steps for a Memorial Board?
This untimely event in one's life is respected by TWG™. Celebration of Life – Memorial Boards can be ordered and shipped overnight to arrive within 48 hours of booking. Booking must be placed before 3 pm EST, proof approved and payment finalized by 12 pm the following day or shipping cannot take place until next day. It is best to contact TWG™ before you book.
