Return Policy

We have a NO Return Policy because all our items are personalized to your choice at time of ordering. Booking is a non refundable deposit towards the purchase of a TWG™ product. Bookings can be exchanged for another type of board product only if no work has started in creating the initial booked board. Our Refund / Exchange policy is for items that our company made an order error. Sorry but we are not responsible for your mistakes!

1. First contact the inquiry dept by e-mail to: Signatureboard@todaywegather.com
2. Make sure you write Refund or Exchange in the subject area and refer to the order by your name, order # and what was ordered. Explain in detail why you are requesting a Refund or Exchange.
