HOW TO GET STARTED? Due to limited booking & hands on customizing, it is suggested to BOOK the seating chart order as soon as you have the date of the event. This requires a $75.00 deposit that will automatically go towards the payment of the board valued at $150.00. Please start to finalize the seating names and their seating arrangements at least 3 weeks prior to event. Don't worry, you don't need an exact count or names at this time.
After you BOOK an order, detailed instructions and a seating chart information form will be promptly emailed to you that is needed to start the fun.Together we can begin creating the top portion as soon as you fill out the information form. The guest list can be worked on later. It is best to submit the guest list to us upon mailing out invitations. Weekly, we will start omitting/adding guest's name and start the seating arrangements.Nothing is set for print until you approve the finalized proof.
Please take note the seating chart must be finalized no later than 7 business days to assure delivery before the event. Any concerns please contact us!
A final proof will be sent upon completion of seating chart. It is at that time you must pay the balance and approve the final proof. Then the order is finalized and your TWG Seating Chart is on the way!
