HOW DO I SEND AN IMAGE / PHOTO?
- E-mailing your photo to TodayWeGather@aol.com is the QUICKEST way to send it. You must place your order number & date of event in the subject area before sending your e-mail. You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your photo. Please make sure the photo is either JPEG, EPS, or TIF file at 300 DPI and no larger than 8MB. - US Postal is another way to send us your photo by US Postal. Please put your name, e-mail address & book/order number on back of photo. The photo will be sent back to you with the board. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PHOTOS

HOW DO I ORDER A SIGNATURE BOARD?
To order a Standard signature Board just follow these simple steps. Its like ordering anything online but you have to give information to personalize the board to complete the order.
- Choose the Standard board of choice. The location of photo can be changed according to style. You can mix & match many of our standard style Signature Boards found on the website & choose/add your own words, poetry, expressions, photos, color, etc to make your board unique.
- Look over the requested Signature Board Information Form and what the style board allows you to customize to make sure this is all you want. Most styles accommodates two images. If you need to specialize more please be expected to be charged upgrade fees.
- Once you know the date of the celebration place a BOOKING order on the page of the type of celebration. example: wedding, birthday, engagement etc.
- After the booking deposit is paid, you will receive an email with detailed information on how to retrieve the requested personalized Information Form & how to submit photo that's needed to complete order. Thus you can book your order prior to getting all needed information. You will need your booking /order # to complete the personalized info form properly.
WHAT SIZE BOARD DO I ORDER?
The size of the board pertains to the number of signature lines offered on that style of board. Small boards will offer the smallest amount of signatures and medium and large boards will offer more. Many times a certain size board will offer more than one amount of signatures and you must specify which one you want. You must use the amount of guests expected as a guide to the amount of signature lines needed. Sometimes if you are mixing and matching different standard boards the amount of signatures that can fit on a certain size board may change and it will be the responsibility of TWGTM company to change it to the correct board size.
WHAT SIZE FRAME DO I ORDER WITH MY BOARD?
The beauty of our custom frames is that the size of the frame is the same as the size of the signature Board. The size of the board is determined once we know how many signature lines are needed and what style board you are interested in. After the booking we should have an idea of the size of the board and will send you the size needed to fulfill your wishes. Please feel free to contact us. Make sure you place Need to know Frame size & order# of the board you ordered in the subject line and body of your e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are adding ribbon accent to the signature board; you must order the next size up frame to compensate for the ribbon.
WHEN DO I GIVE YOU PERSONALIZED INFORMATION FOR THE BOARD?
You submit all personalized information and photo after you book/purchase a standard signature board and receive the confirmation order#. You will need this number when sending us the information to complete your order. An email will be sent after your purchase. It will contain an order number and a detailed message on how to retrieve the proper form for you to fill out for the needed information to complete your board.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A STANDARD SIGNATURE BOARD?
You can mix and match any Standard Board. If you are planning to create from an original idea please order a special order board and start creating.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A SIGNATURE BOARD?
Once you book the order and submit the information form & possible photo... we can start sending you proofs of the board. Once the board is finalized ( you paid the balance and submitted a proof approval) it will be shipped to you within 7 business days. Thus the sooner you send us the needed information , the more time we have to work on the board to make it exactly want you want. We offer FREE standard ground shipping to any where in the continental United States.

ARE MY BOARD & CUSTOM FRAME SHIPPED TOGETHER?
Usually...
If you are ordering a frame package... you must place the frame order at least 15 business days before the event to get the custom frame made in time for your event. We will ship it to you with the board framed and ready for the event. ( The frame quality Plexi glass will be behind the signature board and you can set it up on an easel for all to sign in it's beautiful frame display!) The seating chart will have the plexi glass in front.
If a frame is an after thought... the frame order is sent to a custom framer so each order is handled separately and you should receive it within three weeks from the time it is ordered. The signature board will be there on time if you finalized the order in the required time frame.
DO I GET TO PROOF MY BOARD?
Yes ! You will be forwarded proofs of change requests to the board until the board is finalized. No boards will be printed until you give it the final OK. Please remember there are deadlines of finalizing a board order to make sure it is delivered on time for the event.
Usually when ordering a standard Signature Board where you are filling in the blanks on the information form you do not need to proof the board more than once. What ever you stated on the form is exactly what is placed on the board in the designated areas that do not change. You can enlarge any board sample given in shopping cart to see where the information would be placed.
All shipped boards will have a printed sample of the board with invoice.
I MADE A MISTAKE AFTER SUBMITTING AN APPROVAL?
We will try our best to help you. If your board is scheduled to be shipped or has been shipped we cannot help you and you will have to reorder the board. If your board has not been scheduled to be shipped we can quickly make a correction board up for you for a small error fee. Just go to special custom boards to Error Fee reprint Board option and follow the directions to correct your board.
HOW TO LOCATE YOUR Signature Board ORDER #
Your order # can be found in several ways.
- Look at your Booking/order confirmation e-mail
- It is also on your shipping invoice that was enclosed with your Signature Board at time of delivery
- If you have the board on hand, look on back for label and record the long code of letters and numbers.
- You can request for a specific order# by email.... contact us subject line:Order# REQUEST
Please provide as much information as possible: Celebrant name, who placed the order, date of event, type of board, size of board and any other helpful info.

Sorry we have a NO Return Policy because all our items are personalized to your choice at time of ordering.
Our Refund / Exchange policy is for items that our company made an order error or damaged goods. Sorry but we are not responsible for your mistakes!

WHAT IS THE GIFT CERTIFICATE EXPIRATION POLICY?
The face value of this gift certificate will expire one year from date issued. If redeemed after one year and there has been a price increase, the difference of cost will be requested at time of order. IF THERE HAS BEEN A PRICE INCREASE PRIOR TO YEAR EXPIRATION DATE THE GIFT CERTIFICATE WILL HONOR THE PREVIOUS FACE VALUE FOR THE PRODUCT AS PAID IN FULL.
Suggestions on how to make original BABY FOOTPRINTS!
Many times the baby comes home from the hospital with footprints. If you don't have prints we suggest using nontoxic ink or black finger paint to make prints of the baby's feet or hand.
You can request space so you can print them directly on the board yourself or scan the footprint image as a jpeg, eps, or tif file at 300 Dpi ( no larger then a 5mg file)and sent to us at photo@todaywegather and we will print the footprints.
