TWG™ Seating Charts are an exquisite way to let your guests know their seating assignment. You can personalize your chart further by adding a photo or a copy of the event invitation and add a custom frame for a truly elegant presentation.

TWG™ Seating Charts come in two formats. You can choose to list each guest’s name alphabetically with their seating assignment or you can list each table (name/ number) with the guests seated at each table alphabetically underneath.

When TO GET STARTED?

Due to limited booking & hands on customizing, it is suggested to BOOK the seating chart order as soon as you have the date of the event. This requires a $75.00 deposit that goes towards the payment of the board presently valued at $300 – $350. The price is based on the size of the board because of the number of guests.

When invitations go out … Submit by email the tentative complete guest list.
Need 6 business days prior to event to finalize board to assure delivery. Our Signature Board is made of parchment paper adhered to frame quality foam board and ranges in size (18” x 24” or 22” X 28”) based on style and amount of requested guest names. You choose the colors for the FREE double mat for this personalized item. The TWG™ Seating Chart is framed ready to be a displayed for all to cherish.

Choose from the following styles

There is so much you can do to customize our signature boards: add your wedding vow, a poem, a scenic image, couple shot, church photo… the choice is endless.

Each unique layout of the board allows one image and up to 300 names for ease of legibility. Many choose D to place a subtle image behind the guest names.

Price

Standard size (18 x 24) $300 ea. and large size (22 x 28) is $350. Each requires a $75 deposit and includes unlimited proofs, one photo and 2 mats with color choices. Custom frames can be purchased at a discounted cost when placing your order.
